Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and in their original condition and packaging. A 30% restocking fee applies only when the protective shrink wrap or sealed packaging directly surrounding mahjong tiles has been opened or removed. Customers pay return shipping for returns unrelated to a defect, damage, or Mahjverse error.

Care Instructions
Do not submerge in water. Keep from long exposures in direct sunlight. Never use Alcohol or abrasive cleaners on tiles, they are oil painted and this could cause smudging. Wash with a clean cloth and gentle cleaner and dry.
