What is the Core Collection?
The Core Collection is our permanent signature lineup. These worlds are designed to remain available while the collection grows.
How will Limited Drops work?
Limited editions are planned as rotating collectible chapters rather than permanent additions. When the limited program launches, timing and availability will be announced clearly before each release.
How long does U.S. shipping take?
Our current estimated shipping time for U.S. orders is 12–30 business days. Timing can vary by destination, carrier conditions, and peak periods.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to begin showing movement after the tracking number is issued.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
